She is so down to earth! The is amazing with my dog, who really isn’t a fan of people. She always has a little bit of bacon with her to win them over. She explains things in a way that is every day non vets understand. Never once has she been condescending or made me feel bad because I needed to ask more questions. She always answers my questions and truly loves the dogs! The staff working with her is amazing! The whole office is just a great atmosphere and full of kindness!
